Wizer Industries, Inc. is the authorized Philippine retailer of Tissot, Frederique Constant, Alpina, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, and Bering watches. We specialize in selling authentic timepieces through a network of mono-brand boutiques and our proprietary multi-brand retail concepts, including Tempus and The Watch Store.

Our boutiques are strategically located in premier malls across major cities nationwide. We are seeking a results-driven Regional Retail Manager to oversee our operations in Visayas and Mindanao. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening market presence, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple retail locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of targets across assigned retail stores.
  • Assess store performance and recommend expansion, relocation, or closure when necessary.
  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate strong relationships with dealers, sub-distributors, and mall partners.
  • Ensure all stores comply with company standards, operational policies, and government regulations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and recommend replenishment or stock transfers to support merchandising strategies.
  • Lead, train, and manage store teams, including scheduling, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions.
  • Address escalated customer concerns and maintain high standards of customer service across all locations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and execution of projects.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis, providing insights to support brand and marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and ensure timely deposit of cash sales.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of retail store operations, including security procedures, inventory management, customer service, and staff development.
  • Proven experience managing multiple stores and leading multiple teams.
  • Proficiency in Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
  • Solid knowledge of financial principles, including operating expenses, profit margins, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in retail; experience in the watch industry is an advantage.
