Were Hiring: Regional Business Development Head (Visayas & Mindanao)
Wizer Industries, Inc., the authorized Philippine retailer of brands such as Tissot, Frederique Constant, Alpina, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, and Bering, is looking for a results-driven Regional Business Development Head to lead our retail operations across Visayas and Mindanao.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth and oversee performance across assigned stores
Evaluate store performance and recommend expansion, relocation, or closure when necessary
Build relationships with dealers, sub-distributors, and mall partners
Ensure stores comply with company standards, operational policies, and government regulations
Monitor inventory levels and support merchandising strategies
Lead, train, and manage store teams including scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure excellent customer service
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and project execution
Conduct market and competitor analysis and share insights with brand and marketing teams
Submit sales reports and ensure timely deposit of cash sales
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Business Management or any related course
Strong understanding of retail store operations, inventory management, customer service, and staff training
Proven experience managing multiple stores and teams
Proficient in POS systems
Solid understanding of financial concepts such as operating expenses, budgeting, profit margins, and cost control
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
At least 5 years of relevant experience in retail (watch industry experience is a plus)
