Responsibilities
- Lead and Manage Operations: Oversee day-to-day operational activities, ensuring efficient and smooth execution across teams.
- Team Leadership: Inspire, motivate, and guide both frontline and administrative teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, high performance, and accountability.
- Project Management: Manage complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet operational goals.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement continuous improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and optimize workflow.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze operational data and use insights to make informed decisions, driving business growth and operational excellence.
- Customer-Facing Operations: Ensure high standards of service and responsiveness in all customer-facing operations, solving issues and improving satisfaction.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies that align with company objectives, optimizing both short- and long-term goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including logistics, customer service, and other departments, to ensure smooth operations and address challenges proactively.
- Problem Solving: Anticipate challenges, resolve operational bottlenecks, and act as a point of escalation for complex issues.
- Mentorship: Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operations management, retail, logistics, or service industries with a strong leadership background.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate both administrative and frontline teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with operational reporting tools such as Google Sheets and Excel.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on approach to overcoming challenges.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Willingness to work onsite in Antipolo, Rizal, with a 6-day workweek.
