Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Management: Oversee the entire operations of the company, including Sales and Distributions.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of Sales Executives, Store Merchandisers, and other staff, fostering a positive and productive environment.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with the project management team to ensure timely and within-budget completion of projects.
  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring adequate supply of materials and equipment for ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and industry standards, conducting regular safety audits and training sessions.
  • Customer Service: Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Vendor Management: Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to ensure cost-effective procurement of materials and services.
  • Reporting Analysis: Prepare regular reports on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as an operations manager or similar role
  • Experience in the electronics, hardware, and the like is a plus
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
  • Experience budgeting and forecasting
  • Familiarity with business and financial principles
  • Excellent communication skills
