Operations Manager Product Data and Creative Design

iSupport Worldwide is looking for an Operations Manager – Product Data and Creative Design to lead product data management and creative operations for a global client. This role oversees teams responsible for product lifecycle data, creative workflows, and operational delivery, ensuring data accuracy, process efficiency, and on-time output. The position works closely with US-based and global stakeholders and requires night shift availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the escalation point for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system issues

• Manage end-to-end product setup including finished goods, multi-level BOMs, revisions, and effective dates in PLM and ERP systems

• Ensure strong data governance, documentation, and product release readiness

• Track and report KPIs related to data quality, turnaround time, and team productivity

• Oversee creative operations such as renders, packaging artwork, regulatory artwork, regional marketing assets, and ad hoc requests

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team across product data and creative functions

• Coordinate priorities, timelines, and resources across multiple stakeholders and initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Data or Information Management, Fine Arts, or a related field

• 4–6 years of experience in product data, PLM, master data, creative operations, or related roles

• Advanced understanding of creative processes and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and 3D software

• Strong product configuration and multi-level BOM expertise

• Experience working with global or international stakeholders

• People leadership or workstream management experience preferred
