This role is about scalability building systems, refining workflows, and ensuring operational efficiency at every stage of the e-commerce lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations
- Develop scalable SOPs and operational workflows
- Monitor inventory, fulfillment, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams
- Optimize operational efficiency and profitability
- Implement systems that enable growth and automation
Must-Have Qualifications
- Strong background in e-commerce operations leadership
- Experience in a senior operations role (e.g., Head of Operations or similar)
- Proven experience scaling operations and systems
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
- Knowledge of business development and growth systems
Good-to-Have
- Experience managing marketplace operations
