Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage operational procedures and systems to improve client efficiency and satisfaction.
- Monitor and evaluate operational performance and recommend improvements.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Project.
- Maintain records of operational activities.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or related field
- 2 years of experience in operational management
- Solid understanding of operational processes and systems
- Knowledgeable in operational dynamics of the IT industry
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other related software
