Job Description:

Monitor and process end to end government compliances for SPX facilities assigned by the PIC.
Manage stakeholders (LGUs, BFP, etc.) to minimize and avoid risks for facilities assigned by the PIC.
Monitor internal stakeholders (hub personnel) for submissions needed for insurance enrollment.
Monitor external partners compliance requirements - ensure that SPX's partners are also compliant with their own requirements.
Diligently update and track statuses for hubs compliance for all facilities assigned by the PIC.
Communicate with Internal Stakeholder management and partner lessors.
LGU relationship building and management.

Requirements:

At least 2 yrs College Degree
Minimum 1-2 years in related field/function
Knowledgeable on processing of business permits (renewal, new, and retirements) and other regulatory compliance for Warehouse.
Keen attention to details and has a good communication skills to build rapport with different LGU offices specifically BPLO and BIR
Knowledge on the nuances between the different permits requirements, how to secure, and how to navigate changes from LGU to LGU.
Must be willing to travel and can do multitasking
Having a connection with different LGU's is an advantage.
