As a Business Operations Expert, you will oversee insurance partnership projects, ensuring seamless project delivery and post-launch account management.
This role requires a self-driven candidate with a strategic mindset, strong project management skills, digital insurance domain knowledge, and expertise in insurance product and program requirement design. Experience in logistics and/or lending scenario digital insurance projects is expected.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Case & New Product Requirement Development
- Lead market and competitive research, collaborating with eComm platforms, insurers, and internal stakeholders to define business requirements and develop operational strategic plans
- Develop key account and/or new opportunity business cases, including project opportunity projections, ROI estimation, and project risk mitigators
- Develop insurance product requirements, including contractual model, commercial terms, fund flows and information flows, liaising with insurers, platform business teams, legal & compliance, finance, tax, and digital product teams
2. Project Management
- Lead insurance partnership delivery projects, coordinating with digital product, tech, internal corporate functional teams, and partner teams
- Develop and own project milestones, timelines, and delivery quality, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Provide virtual leadership to junior team members and work with digital product/tech teams to integrate insurance products into digital platforms
3. Post-Launch Account Management
- Act as SPOC to partner with seller and user operation teams to improve insurance program enrollment rate
- Monitor product performance and gather customer feedback for improvements
- Lead issue resolution and performance optimization post-launch
- Oversee monthly finance reconciliation and settlement processes with insurance partners
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance, Marketing, Data, or relevant background
- At least 5 years of experience in digital insurance / user growth / campaign operation / digital partnership delivery
- Attention to detail, data sensitivity, problem solving, and customer-first mindset
- Strong analytical skills, with digital product user growth operations and project management experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with stakeholder management across internal teams and external partners

- Good understanding of digital insurance and the insurance industry landscape
- Experience in insurance via digital channels and growth initiatives
- Previous e-commerce / TechFin experience (big plus)
- Adaptable to fast-paced work environment and comfortable with steep learning curve
