Job Summary

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving process efficiency, and ensuring optimal performance across business functions. This role focuses on improving operational workflows, managing teams, and implementing process improvement initiatives to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure efficiency across processes and teams
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and performance
  • Drive process improvement initiatives using Six Sigma methodologies
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and implement corrective actions
  • Manage and lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational targets
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and quality requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align operations with business goals
  • Identify risks and opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field
  • With 10 years of experience in operations or process management
  • Six Sigma certification or strong experience in process improvement methodologies
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and operations
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
