Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Operations Manager for our Davao, Philippines location. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence across all aspects of the team's performance. Responsibilities include managing team performance, identifying opportunities for process improvement, analyzing key performance metrics, and collaborating with leadership to meet organizational goals. The Operations Manager is also expected to foster a positive and productive work environment, aligning with FPS's values and culture.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving performance targets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including experience with performance metrics and process optimization
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams and stakeholders
• Adaptability, organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer acquisition, retention, and support processes; experience in outsourcing or BPO environments is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; relevant work experience can be considered
