Job Summary:
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and alignment with organizational goals. This role requires managing cross-functional teams, streamline processes, and support strategic initiatives across multiple business units.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operational activities across departments to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.
- Develop, implement, and improve operational policies, procedures, and workflows
- Collaborate closely with senior management to align operational strategies with business objectives.
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and operational costs to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Monitor KPIs, operational performance, and service delivery standards; prepare regular management reports.
- Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization and automation.
- Support expansion initiatives, new projects, and change management efforts across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field.
- Minimum 35 years of operations experience in an Advertising agency, Corporate organization, or Conglomerate.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and multi-department operations.
- Strong understanding of business operations, financial controls, and performance management.
- Experience handling multiple stakeholders, projects, or business units simultaneously.
- Background in process improvement, operational planning, and workflow management.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
