Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for an Operations Manager based in Davao City, Davao del Sur. The Operations Manager will oversee daily business operations, manage project workflows, and coordinate with teams to ensure timely delivery of services. Responsibilities include planning and implementing operational strategies, tracking performance metrics, guiding and managing staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client expectations and drive organizational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be at least N2 level in Japanese language and has at least 3 years of experience in management.
• Strong management and organizational skills, including team leadership, planning, and workflow coordination.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating across teams, client interaction, and managing internal and external relationships.
• Proficiency in strategic thinking and problem-solving, with the ability to develop and implement operational strategies.
• Experience with quality assurance and ensuring operational compliance with company standards.
• Familiarity with translation and creative services industries is an advantage.
• Proficiency in using project management tools and software.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; relevant work experience is also considered valuable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
