Responsibilities
- Drive operational efficiency by designing, implementing, and optimizing workflows and procedures.
- Oversee inventory, supply chain coordination, warehouse transactions and resource allocation to meet company objectives.
- Manage cross-departmental collaboration to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Monitor performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead and mentor teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align operational strategies with business goals.
- Conducting site visits and monitoring projects
Qualifications
- Graduate of Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- Preferably with experience in manpower handling and project management or has at least 3 years experience as Operations Manager.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- With background in Supply Chain Management and Inventory Management.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
