What You'll Do
- Oversee daytoday operations by coordinating, planning, and directing workflow to ensure timely, efficient, and highquality completion of work.
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational processes, procedures, and training programs for internal and external resources.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase overall efficiency and meet financial goals.
- Partner with upper management to support development of new products/services and communicate key updates across departments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and all local, state, and federal regulations governing business operations.
- Manage staffing needs, performance evaluations, corrective actions, and overall employee morale and productivity.
Key Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, listen effectively, and seek clarification when needed.
- Proficiency in multiple software programs, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and internet applications.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, apply solutions, and take independent, welljudged action when required.
- Highly organized, able to prioritize, manage time efficiently, and work independently under pressure or frequent distractions.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, promote teamwork, and adapt effectively to change, unexpected events, or delays.
Work setup:
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): 8:00AM to 5:00PM Eastern Standard Time (9:00PM 6:00AM PHT) with a full onsite model.
