Operations Manager

Aromika, established in March 2004, is one of the largest Lithuanian producers of fragrances, creating perfumes, home scents, dry fragrances, soaps, bath salts, and more. This is a part-time hybrid role for an Operations Manager based in Quezon City, with flexibility for remote work. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operational activities, ensure workflow efficiency, and manage team performance. Responsibilities include optimizing internal processes, supervising inventory management, coordinating across departments, and implementing strategies to improve productivity and meet organizational goals. The role also involves problem-solving, team leadership, and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.

• Proven expertise in operational management, process optimization, and team leadership.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills to ensure efficient workflow and problem resolution.
• Proficiency in inventory management and logistics coordination.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective cross-functional coordination.
• Experience in the fragrance, retail, or related industries is advantageous.
• Minimum bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, with the flexibility to work both on-site and remotely as needed.
