Role Description
This full-time on-site position, based in Metro Manila, involves overseeing and streamlining operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in delivering high-quality assistance services. The Operations Manager will coordinate with medical and management staff to enhance case management processes and ensure all client needs are met promptly and professionally. Additional responsibilities include supervising daily operations, improving workflows, ensuring compliance with company standards, and fostering employee performance and development.
