Order management

Crowdfunding

E-commerce

Ad-hoc orders

Spare parts processing requests

Customer service

administrative tasks to support other Back Office team members

Experience needed:

3+ years experience in a customer service role

Worked within an e-commerce environment

Skills and attributes needed:

Attention to detail

Ability to identify problems and suggest possible solutions

Strong organisational skills

Follows processes well

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to handle difficult customers.

IT Literate especially competency in google workspace tools

Competency working with spreadsheets, this involves formatting, basic formulas, functions such as VLOOKUP

Competency using other business applications

Ability to work within a team, take direction from others and collaborate effectively.

Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritise workload.
