Job Summary
The Operations Director (F&B) is responsible for leading and overseeing the overall operations of multiple food and beverage outlets. This role ensures operational excellence, drives profitability, enhances customer experience, and implements strategies to support business growth across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple F&B outlets, ensuring efficiency and consistency in service and product quality.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive sales, profitability, and business growth.
- Monitor and manage budgets, cost controls, and overall financial performance (P&L).
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation regulations, and company policies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop operations teams to achieve high performance and service excellence.
- Analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and operational data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and support teams to optimize operations.
- Standardize processes and implement best practices across all locations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Strong background in F&B operations and multi-unit management.
- Proven experience in driving operational efficiency and business growth.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety, quality control, and operational standards.
