Job Summary:**

The Operations Director will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all operational processes within Acquire Intelligence Philippines Inc. to ensure efficiency, productivity, and the achievement of strategic objectives. This role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of business operations, and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement operational strategies and procedures to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations across various departments, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards.
  • Manage and mentor a team of operational managers and staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve operational targets.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and technological solutions to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with other department heads (e.g., Sales, HR, Finance) to ensure seamless cross-functional operations.
  • Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance to senior management.
  • Lead and manage projects related to operational expansion, new technology adoption, or process overhauls.

Job Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in operations management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex operations and driving process improvements.
  • Strong understanding of operational best practices, project management methodologies, and quality control principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in operational software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
  • Experience working in the intelligence, BPO, or a related fast-paced industry is a plus.
