Virtua is seeking a systems-driven Operations Coordinator to serve as the Online Business Manager (OBM) for our client, a high-growth digital marketing agency.
In this role, you aren't just managing tasks; you are the Guardian of the Agency's Infrastructure. You will manage the technical back-endensuring tools are synced, client on-boardings are flawless, and internal workflows are followed to the letter. This is a perfect role for a process-oriented professional who loves creating order out of chaos.
Core Responsibilities
- SaaS & Tool Administration:
- Manage user permissions and access for Google Workspace, Asana, Slack, and 1Password.
- Troubleshoot basic access issues for HubSpot and GA4.
- Client Onboarding Architect:
- Execute the technical Setup for new clients: create Asana projects from templates, organize Google Drive folders, and set up Slack channels.
- Manage the offboarding process to ensure data security and project archiving.
- Workflow & Task Management:
- Audit Asana boards to ensure tasks are properly assigned and deadlines are clear.
- Follow up on blocked or overdue items to keep the delivery team moving.
- Ad Platform Access Coordination:
- Manage invitations and permission levels for Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Process Documentation:
- Maintain and update the agency's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Who You Are (Requirements)
- The Systems Specialist: 2+ years of experience in Operations, Project Coordination, or as an Online Business Manager (OBM) in an agency or BPO setting.
- Tech-Fluent: You understand how to manage Admin consoles in SaaS tools.
- Detail-Obsessed: You live by checklists. You understand that in operations, the small details prevent big problems.
- Self-Directed: You take ownership of the Operational Health of the business without needing constant reminders.
