OPERATIONS CONTROL OFFICER

We need of OPERATIONS CONTROL OFFICER for the following areas/branches:

• Davao Quirino
• Tagum City
• Cagayan De Oro
• Butuan
• Bacolod
• Cadiz Negors Occidental

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES:

• The Operations Control Officer (OCO) in coordination with the Branch Service Head and APD Loans Officer oversees the Integrated Branch's day-to-day operations, and acts as the primary custodian of the vault alongside the Branch Service Head.
• This role supervises daily service operations of low counter and after sales transactions in coordination with BSH, oversees customer servicing, new account opening processes, and other special services offered at the New Accounts counter.
• Acts as co-approver of BSH and APD Loans Officer within the approved limit.
• Additionally, the OCO handles accounting functions and ensures that all books of accounts are balanced, updated, and properly maintained. The OCO is responsible for clearing operations, end-of-day balancing, and transaction callback, including submission of APD Loans Control Department and HUB operations reports and requirement

Educational Background: Must be college graduate of any 4-year course preferably business

course.

Professional Experience: Preferably with a minimum of 2 years as operations officer/supervisor.

Knowledge & Skills Required: Must be knowledgeable in branch operations covering Cashiering,

Branch Accounting, Clearing; Must also be knowledgeable in

handling sales & marketing, customer service and customer

complaints;

Preferably with knowledge and experience in screening of loan

applicants and basic credit scoring; Must be proficient in using MS

Office applications (Excel, Word and Powerpoint); Must be able to

communicate well in both oral and written form of communications.
