Position Responsibilities:
Conduct endtoend access reviews across systems, ACLs, SharePoint, distribution lists, and shared drives, ensuring least privilege, SoD, and RBAC compliance.
Perform controls testing through process walkthroughs and operating effectiveness testing, including sampling, evidence review, and documentation.
Identify control gaps and support the development, execution, and closure of Corrective Action Plans (CAPs).
Collect, validate, and maintain evidence and tracking to ensure audit and regulatory readiness.
Partner with IT/IAM teams to remediate inappropriate access and support JoinerMoverLeaver lifecycle controls.
Build strong stakeholder relationships and deliver clear reporting on access risks, testing results, themes, and remediation progress.
Apply IAM technical knowledge and strong communication, critical thinking, and proactive problemsolving to enhance governance and control effectiveness.
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in operational risk, controls testing, or business ope rations with exposure to risk methodologies.
At least 2 to 3 yrs Access Management Skills
Exposure with internal or operational audit is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Security, IT, or related field.

Strong written and verbal communication to be able to communicate complex issues clearly and influence without authority
Critical thinking and ability to identify misalignments or access risks.
