DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Board Governance & Corporate Records
- Meeting Management
- Minutes of the Meeting
- Draft, review, and circulate Board Resolutions for approval.
- Prepare official communications from the board to homeowners, government agencies, and third-party contractors.
- Maintain a complete and organized repository of all corporate documents.
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of Board records and sensitive homeowner information.
HOA Meetings & Membership Engagement
- Plan, organize, and execute the Annual General Membership Meeting in compliance with the By-Laws and DHSUD regulations.
- Townhalls & Committee Meetings
- Oversee the entire election process of the Board of Trustees.
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure the HOA maintains its registration with DHSUD.
- Ensure the HOA secures all necessary local permits.
Partnership for Community Development
- Government Agency Partnerships - DOH, DENR, DA, & DSWD
- Maintain a strong, collaborative relationship with the Barangay Captain and Council.
- Identify and engage Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) that can provide skills training, livelihood programs, and educational assistance for homeowners.
- Propose, design, and implement community development programs that enhance the quality of life for residents.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Legal Management, Communications, or any other related field.
- With at least three (3) to five (5) years of related experience in operations management, corporate secretarial work, or community association management.
- Proven experience in a client-facing or customer service role.
- Demonstrated experience in planning and executing official meetings.
- Familiarity with government agency coordination (DHSUD, LGU, DOH, DENR, etc.) is a strong plus.
- Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Amenable to work in Pasay City.
