Job Description

Job Title: Operations Assistant Manager
Account: Insurance
Salary: up to 65K (please endorse even if 70-75K)
Work location/Set up: Onsite at Alabang
Shift Schedule: GY

Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience accepted.
At least 2 years of pure insurance experience (billing, account management, or policy servicing).
Minimum 23 years of contact center experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership/supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of insurance billing processes and ECC account management.
Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, QA tools, and CRM/contact center systems.
Detail-oriented with the ability to identify trends and recommend solutions.
Must have prior BPO experience.
