- Proven experience in operations, administrative support, or program coordination, preferably in international or client-facing environments
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex workflows, schedules, and logistics across multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, reporting, and budget tracking
- Comfortable working night shifts aligned with international business hours (9:00 PM6:00 AM PH Time)
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently in a fully remote setup while staying closely connected to global teams
- Strong communication and coordination skills for client-facing interactions
- Familiarity with tools for scheduling, reporting, and collaboration (e.g., Google Workspace, Excel, project management platforms)
