Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track the progress of each step in operational processes to ensure compliance with internal and external timelines.
- Assist the product management team in sales and administrative tasks, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in daily operations.
- Prepare and generate regular reports, including sales performance by product line, sales funnel analysis, and other relevant reports.
- Ensure that all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to sales administration and operations are met and achieved.
- Implement and enforce policies and procedures related to sales administration to ensure compliance and consistency across processes.
- Provide backup support for the team's system, ensuring continuity and reliability of operations.
- Perform any other tasks or duties assigned by supervisors to support operational efficiency.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in communication, Information Technology, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in data management.
- Excellent writing, verbal communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in reporting and data analysis, with a strong ability to interpret data insights.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team and manage tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel (Pivot/Vlookup/Xlookup/Conditional formatting), Powerpoint)
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to in-house systems (such as Salesforce and E-commerce tools)
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus but not required.
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas Pasig City.
