The Operations Assistant (Carpark) is responsible for supporting the efficient and secure operations of the mall's carpark facilities. This role ensures proper traffic flow, compliance with parking policies, and assists in maintaining safety and orderliness within the carpark area, contributing to an excellent customer experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support in processing documents, coordinating requirements, and handling day-to-day tasks.
- Coordinate with malls, operators, vendors, and agencies to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Prepare and submit reports such as daily, monthly, and transaction-related documentation to management.
- Handle financial transactions including refunds, digital wallet records, and verification of cashier reports.
- Assist in customer service operations by addressing complaints and performing ticket booth duties when needed.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course (Business, Operations, or related fields preferred).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
