- Reports the performance and concerns of all concrete related equipment to the Division Head, recommending solutions to address these concerns while maintaining safety, environmental, and health principles throughout the process.
- Directs and controls the performance of ready-mix concrete operations, maintenance, engineering, cost control, and joint ventures against set objectives to optimize operations and increase efficiency.
- Directs and coordinates all support functions (operations) to attain overall company objectives for each ready-mix concrete project.
- Report monthly on each project's accomplishments, milestones, challenges, and opportunities specific to the area, along with corrective and preventive actions taken to mitigate company effects, and project performance regarding ESH, QA/QC, commercial and personnel issues.
- Compliance with all project milestones including cost schedule, quality and safety targets, as well as clients expectations, was achieved.
- Implement all company policies, procedures, and the Business Management Manual in the entire project.
- Responsible for the overall maintenance of all company-owned concrete-related equipment, including the concrete batch plant, batching vehicles, concrete pumps and transit mixers.
- Recommend the schedule of preventive repairs of the batch plant and anticipate spare parts and material requirement based on the result of inspections.
- Maintain the plant asset register including equipment location, status and financial data.
- Responsible for determining the work procedures, preparing work schedules and expediting workflow and critical parts, materials, or services.
- Responsible for assigning duties and auditing work for effectiveness, accuracy and conformance to policies and procedures.
- Responsible for evaluating written data, including work requests, equipment specifications, uptime data, parts and materials inventory lists, and machine and facilities productivity.
- Responsible for evaluating job orders and ensuring spares and repairs are within approved budget.
- Responsible for diagnosing breakdowns and overseeing all repair and installation activities.
- Ensure all preventive and corrective maintenance is implemented promptly and correctly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.

- Setup of the batching plant
- Manage the set up and dismantling of the batch plant facilities.
- Manage the mobilization and demobilization of the batch plant equipment.
- Responsible for designing and planning batch plant facilities.
- Ensuring that the construction schedule and budget are strictly implemented.
