Role Description
Full-time senior leadership role based at our Santa Maria plant in Bulacan. The Manufacturing IT and Digital Operations Lead drives the convergence of IT and OT across Ramcar Battery Group's manufacturing environment — spanning SCADA and PLC integration, Manufacturing Execution Systems, plant analytics, data engineering, and the SAP layer supporting plant and distribution operations (PP, PM, QM).
Role Qualifications
- Proven senior leadership experience managing IT and OT in a live manufacturing environment
- Deep working knowledge of SCADA, PLC, MES, and industrial protocols (OPC-UA, MQTT)
- Familiarity with IT/OT architecture frameworks (Purdue Model / ISA-95) and OT network segmentation
- Functional command of SAP manufacturing modules (PP, PM, QM)
- Experience governing OT change and production-impacting technology risk
- Working knowledge of AI and machine learning applications in manufacturing (predictive maintenance, quality analytics, process optimization) preferred
- Strong executive communication — equally effective with plant technicians, ExCom, and governance councils
- Background in battery, chemical, semiconductor, F&B, or heavy industry preferred.
