Job Description

Position: Operations and Funding Support (Up to 45K + HMO)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 AM 4 PM (PH Time)

Work setup: Onsite

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations and Funding Support professional to support daily funding and accounting operations within an Australian-focused transactional environment.

This role requires strong analytical ability, reconciliation skills, and the confidence to communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders.

Primary Focus

In this role, you will:

  • To manage and support daily funding transactions by reviewing, reconciling, approving, and processing invoices accurately within an Australian accounting framework, while maintaining professional communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Funding & Transactional Support

  • Prepare and review transactions for funding.
  • Verify invoices and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance.
  • Perform daily funds-flow reconciliations.
  • Process invoice close-outs and calculate residual payments.
  • Maintain master funding spreadsheets (Excel).
  • Load and manage transactions within Dancerace.

Accounting & Compliance (AU Focus)

  • Support Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions.
  • Assist with ATO-related transactional and compliance processes.
  • Ensure accurate bookkeeping and financial record keeping.
  • Maintain data integrity in line with Australian accounting standards.

Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare funding and residual reports.
  • Maintain and organize documentation via Dropbox.
  • Send funding approvals and related documentation (Adobe, Email).
  • Provide operational and administrative support as required.

Were Looking For Someone Who Has

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting.
  • At least 2 years of experience.
  • Experience in an Australian Accounting/Bookkeeping/Transactional role is a plus.
  • Experience with AR/AP and ATO processes.

Technical Skills

  • Confident using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
  • Familiarity with Dancecare, Xero, Adobe, and Dropbox.

Non-Negotiables

  • Confident in verbal and written communication.
  • Professional email etiquette and client-facing communication skills.
