We are looking for an
Operations Analyst to join our company.
This position will work on a
Monday to Friday schedule.

What you will be doing:
- Acting as a link between operations, product, and suppliers to ensure smooth collaboration
- Collaborating on business strategy and supporting company growth
- Implementing efficient processes and maintaining operational and financial controls
- Managing technology rollouts to improve efficiency
- Evaluating risks, leading quality assurance, and recommending improvements
- Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Operations or a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proven experience improving processes and implementing operational controls.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with confidence handling financial data.
- Experience creating reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally; strong communicator who can operate independently.
- Advanced English required.
- Experience in fintech or payments is a strong plus.
