The Opportunity at a Glance

Join a growing business in the trades and residential service industry, delivering installation, maintenance, and repair services in a fast-paced, job-driven environment. This role sits at the heart of operations—focused on ensuring jobs are logged, tracked, scheduled, and completed efficiently, while maintaining clear and professional communication with customers and field teams.


You'll take full ownership of ServiceM8, using it not just as a tool—but as the engine to drive workflow efficiency, automation, and customer experience. This is ideal for someone who is both operationally strong and systems-focused, with the ability to manage daily admin while continuously improving how things run.


 


How You'll Make an Impact

  • Take full ownership of ServiceM8, ensuring it is optimised for job tracking, communication, and workflows

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, ensuring all service requests are handled professionally

  • Log jobs, assign tasks, and coordinate schedules within the system

  • Maintain accurate job records, notes, and documentation

  • Set up and manage automated workflows, including:

    • Customer follow-ups and reminders

    • Post-job communications

    • Missed call responses



  • Ensure consistent and clear communication across all customer touchpoints

  • Coordinate between customers and field teams to ensure smooth job execution

  • Support general administrative tasks across operations

  • Identify inefficiencies and improve workflows, processes, and system usage

  • Assist in expanding operational systems including scheduling, quoting, and inbox management


 

What We're Looking For - You're the Perfect Fit if You:

(Non-negotiable requirements)



  • Are based in the Philippines

  • Have strong, hands-on experience with ServiceM8 (MANDATORY)

  • Have experience managing calls and coordinating service-based operations

  • Have strong administrative and organisational skills

  • Are confident handling customer communication (phone and email)

  • Can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, job-driven environment

  • Are able to work independently and take ownership of workflows and outcomes


 

What Sets You Apart - You'll Shine Even Brighter With:

  • Experience in trades, construction, or service-based businesses

  • Experience optimising workflows and setting up automation within ServiceM8

  • Exposure to job scheduling, quoting, or dispatch coordination

  • Experience improving processes or implementing system integrations

  • Strong process improvement mindset


 

Work Schedule & Employment Terms

  • Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT

  • Remote work setup

  • Open to PH-based applicants only

  • Philippine-based employment only
