A growing Australian travel and tour operator specialising in curated domestic and international experiences is seeking an Operations & Administration Officer to support tour preparation and operational execution.
This role focuses on detailed planning, documentation, coordination, and workflow consistency across tour operations. You'll work closely with the Operations Manager and leadership team to ensure every logistical and administrative component is confirmed, documented, and delivered efficiently before departure.
This is a remote role suited to someone highly organized, process-driven, and confident working independently within structured systems.
You'll play a critical role in ensuring tours are operationally ready, well-documented, and professionally executed.
Support planning and execution of domestic and international tours
Prepare and maintain itineraries, run sheets, schedules, and operational checklists
Coordinate logistics including accommodation, transfers, events, and supplier arrangements
Maintain accurate documentation such as name lists, rooming lists, and trackers
Monitor deadlines and confirm all operational components on time
Assist with post-tour documentation and reporting
Develop, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Create and update templates, workflows, and checklists
Maintain structured digital filing systems and shared drives
Ensure accuracy and completeness of internal records
Assist with internal policy documentation
Identify process gaps and propose improvements
Support operational projects and workflow enhancements
Assist with onboarding documentation and internal training materials
Collaborate with internal teams to align communication with operational needs
(Non-negotiable requirements)
Are based in the Philippines and seeking a full-time remote role
Have proven experience in operations, administration, or coordination roles
Have strong experience supporting travel, tours, events, logistics, or service-based operations (highly preferred)
Possess strong documentation and process-writing skills, particularly creating SOPs and structured workflows
Have excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
Communicate confidently in written and spoken English
Are comfortable working remotely with international teams
Are proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, shared drives, and CRM systems
Can work independently with initiative and accountability
Experience working in travel or tour operations
Exposure to international supplier coordination
Experience building structured operational frameworks from scratch
Strong project coordination capability

Full-Time | Monday to Friday (Australian business hours)
Remote role for Philippine-based candidates only
