About the Role

Operational integrity in digital lending depends on strong risk and compliance controls that protect both customers and the business. As an Operational Risk & Compliance Specialist, you will ensure regulatory alignment, strengthen control environments, and safeguard financial operations at scale. Salary: PHP 50,000 - PHP 75,000

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Contact Centre workflows
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in risk, compliance, or operations
• High level of judgment, professionalism, and integrity
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable evaluating cases involving sensitive data or regulatory risk
• Strong interest in operational risk, compliance, and governance

Key Responsibilities

Control Monitoring & Risk Management

• Review and monitor operational controls across KYC, escalations, data handling, and AML/TF/Sanctions
• Conduct testing and quality reviews to verify control effectiveness
• Identify control gaps and emerging risks and recommend corrective actions

Operational Compliance Conduit

• Act as primary liaison between Contact Centre teams and Compliance
• Translate regulatory and policy changes into clear operational guidance
• Support remediation activities related to incidents, audits, and control failures

Reporting & Feedback

• Surface key insights, risk themes, and trends to leadership
• Contribute to internal reviews and forums with concise updates on compliance indicators and progress
