This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager, located in Ibagu. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operational functions, manage teams, and drive process improvements to ensure efficiency and productivity. Responsibilities include monitoring operational workflows, implementing strategic initiatives, evaluating performance metrics, coordinating across departments to meet organizational goals, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role demands a strategic and hands-on approach to managing resources and achieving key performance targets.

• Strong leadership and team management experience
• Proficient in Strategic Planning and Decision Making
• Knowledge of compliance, quality control, and project management principles
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
• Proficiency in technology tools relevant to operations planning and monitoring
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Proven experience in a managerial role within telecommunications or similar industries is an advantage
