Job Description

This is a full time, remote and permanent role as per the US Central timezone

We are seeking a skilled OpenClaw Automation Expert to design, develop, and maintain automated workflows using the OpenClaw automation platform. The ideal candidate will work remotely and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes, improve efficiency, and implement scalable automation solutions.

This role requires strong technical expertise in automation tools, APIs, and workflow optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using OpenClaw
  • Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation
  • Build integrations between OpenClaw and third-party platforms such as CRMs, marketing tools, and internal systems
  • Develop scripts and custom automation solutions to improve operational efficiency
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation workflows
  • Ensure automation processes are secure, reliable, and scalable
  • Document automation workflows and technical processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, sales, and engineering) to implement automation strategies
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for automation systems
  • Stay updated with new OpenClaw features and automation best practices

Job Requirements

Technical Skills

  • Proven experience with OpenClaw automation platform or similar workflow automation tools
  • Strong understanding of API integrations and automation frameworks
  • Professional Skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and process optimization mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple automation projects simultaneously
  • Experience with Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n, or similar automation tools is a plus
  • Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or scripting languages for automation tasks
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, and data integrations
  • Experience integrating automation with CRM systems, marketing platforms, and databases

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in automation development or workflow automation
  • Experience with cloud platforms and SaaS integrations
  • Background in process automation, RPA, or AI-based automation tools
  • Experience working with remote teams and agile workflows
