Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls for banking and finance-related concerns
- Assist clients with account inquiries, transaction issues, and product information
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations and policies
- Provide excellent service and support to clients in a timely manner
