We are looking for one Online Chat Support Specialist to manage direct message conversations on a subscription-based platform. This role focuses on one-on-one fan engagement, creative messaging, and maintaining long-term subscriber relationships.

This is a remote, part-time position requiring excellent written English, strong conversational skills, and familiarity with internet culture, slang, and pop trends.

• Respond to direct messages in a timely and engaging manner
• Maintain ongoing conversations to increase subscriber retention
• Follow strict messaging guidelines and brand voice
• Track conversations and engagement metrics

• Fluent written English is a MUST
• Strong creative writing and conversational skills
• Experience in online chat support, customer service, or community management
• Ability to follow scripts and content guidelines
• Experience with premium or subscription-based platforms is a plus
