Job Summary

We're seeking a personable and driven Online Sales Associate to be the digital face of our brand. You will ensure that clients receive the same warmth, elegance, and care online as they would in-store. From first inquiry to final purchase, you'll guide clients seamlessly through their journey—fostering trust, building relationships, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers across all online platforms (social media, website chat, messaging apps) with professionalism and warmth
• Act as the primary contact for inquiries, providing product details and personalized guidance
• Drive sales through excellent customer service, upselling, and thoughtful recommendations
• Process online orders, ensure payment accuracy, and coordinate smooth transactions
• Assist with digital inventory management and maintain accurate product listings
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a consistent luxury experience
• Support e-commerce operations through admin tasks and ad hoc responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills

• Background in sales or customer service, preferably in luxury retail, fashion, or e-commerce; experience in fine jewelry retail is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service mindset with a passion for creating memorable experiences
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using social media and e-commerce tools
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive team player
• Trustworthy, with the ability to handle transactions with care

Work Arrangement & Compensation

• Full-time, Hybrid at our Quezon City office
• Schedule: 6 days a week, shifting hours (9:00 AM – 10:00 PM)
