Translate campaign mechanics into clear, aspirational, and high-converting VIP communications across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Promo Communications Plans per campaign (teaser, launch, sustain, last call) across SMS, Push, Inbox, and Email
- Translate mechanics into simple, compelling, and premium messaging tailored to Filipino VIP players
- Create FAQs, mechanics explanations, and customer-friendly content to improve clarity and conversion
- Develop internal communication scripts and toolkits for Outreach, Social Media, and Community teams
- Ensure consistency of messaging across all channels and alignment with brand positioning
- Ensure all communications comply with PAGCOR and responsible gaming policies
Experience & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or content roles, preferably in iGaming, e-commerce, fintech, or lifestyle brands
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills: able to translate complex promo mechanics into clear, engaging, and high-converting messaging
- Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and customer behavior, with the ability to align messaging to business goals
- Experience in crafting multi-channel campaign communications (SMS, Push, Email, etc)
- Ability to structure end-to-end communication flows (teaser, launch, sustain, last call) that drive engagement and urgency
- Skilled in developing FAQs, mechanics explanations, and customer-facing content that reduce confusion and improve campaign uptake
- Experience supporting internal communications, including scripts and toolkits
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment across all messaging touchpoints
- Ability to maintain a premium, aspirational tone suitable for VIP audiences, while still being clear and relatable to Filipino players
- Familiarity with regulated industry requirements (e.g., PAGCOR compliance, responsible gaming messaging) is an advantage but not required
- Creative, proactive, and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
