AT A GLANCE (OVERVIEW)
The Marketing Associate supports the Assistant Online Marketing Manager/s in the set-up, maintenance, and growth of the brand's online sales channels. She/He works closely with internal Brand Marketing team and external partners to operationalize the online sales channel strategy and executions of the brand.
YOUR OVERALL MISSION & DAY-TO-DAY
Online Sales Channel Management
- Implement channel strategy and plans on online sales channels by performing day-to-day tasks including product listing, content upload, campaign enrollment, promotion set up, etc., accurately and promptly
- Assist the Assistant Online Marketing Managers in the development of promo synopses, job orders, customer experience briefs, competitor reports and other documents needed to actualize and optimize channel strategies
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers daily for any business-as-usual or adhoc requirements needed to actualize channel initiatives
- Support Assistant Online Marketing Managers in executing live selling activities, as needed, in collaboration with Communications and Multimedia teams
- Conduct periodic audits of content on online stores and implement changes needed
- Assist in the maintenance of internal documents on store management, asset guidelines and other necessary content management resources
- Provide administrative support needed by Online Marketing team to execute channel plans and initiatives, as needed
Communication & Collaboration
- Effectively communicate updates on deliverables to Assistant Online Marketing Managers
- Encourage openness and feedback in ways of working
- Collaborate and learn from different internal and external teams
Brand & Product Love
- Be extremely knowledgeable in the brand's products & services
- Show strong understanding for the brand and all its product lines
YOUR TALENT (QUALIFICATIONS)
- Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, or related field
- <2 years of work experience in brand marketing, merchandising or creative roles. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Experience in Seller Center management of Lazada, Shopee and other similar platforms is preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail, good stress and risk management, and goal-oriented
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office and similar tools required
