Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer support
  • Communicate clearly in English (verbal and written).
  • Handle inquiries efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
  • Work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments or supervisors when necessary.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance metrics.
  • Stay informed about company products, promotions, and procedures to effectively assist customers.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.

Job Requirements

  • At least Senior High School Graduate or HS Grad(old curriculum)
  • with 1 year BPO exp
  • Above Average English communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good comprehension skills
  • Basic knowledge with MS Office
