About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive US Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth candidate coordination, recruitment support, and stakeholder communication for US-based hiring needs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates and hiring managers across multiple US time zones.
  • Provide candidates with interview details, preparation materials, and follow-up communication.
  • Ensure timely updates to candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Assist recruiters with sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Conduct initial outreach via email, phone, or messaging platforms.
  • Manage job postings across job boards and internal platforms.
  • Track and monitor recruitment metrics, dashboards, and reports.
  • Prepare weekly or monthly recruitment status updates for the US team.
  • Coordinate closely with US Account Managers, Recruiters, and Hiring Managers.
  • Ensure alignment on interview schedules, job requirements, and candidate status.
  • Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries.
  • Ensure all candidate documentation and interview records are complete and compliant.
  • Maintain confidentiality of candidate and client information.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • 13 years in a coordination role (e.g., Talent Coordinator, Recruitment Assistant), ideally with exposure to an RPO or BPO recruitment environment.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, iCIMS, or Workday.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to interact professionally and effectively with US-based stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing priorities while working flexible hours to accommodate US time zones.

  • Contract Engagement (5 months)
  • Night shift schedule.
  • Hybrid work set-up (3 days onsite, 2days work from home)
  • Location: Eastwood, Quezon City
