Job Title: Onboarding Specialist – US Healthcare

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist with experience in US Healthcare onboarding. The candidate will manage end-to-end onboarding processes for healthcare professionals while ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding of healthcare professionals (Nurses, Physicians, Allied Health, etc.) for US clients.
- Ensure completion and accuracy of onboarding documentation within defined timelines.
- Handle credentialing, background verification, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with candidates, recruiters, and clients for seamless onboarding.
- Track onboarding progress and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
- Ensure adherence to US healthcare regulations and client-specific compliance.
- Follow up on pending licenses, certifications, and required documents.
- Maintain TAT and meet onboarding SLAs.
- Resolve candidate queries related to onboarding processes.
Key Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in US Healthcare onboarding or credentialing.
- Strong understanding of US healthcare compliance (licenses, certifications, immunizations, etc.).
- Experience with ATS/HRMS tools.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple onboarding cases simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in US staffing or healthcare recruitment firms.
- Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
- Immediate joiners preferred.
