Onboarding Specialist

Salary Range: $866 to $1,213 per month

Be the face of a fast-growing software company that's changing how nursing homes manage their staffing. As a Client Trainer, you'll lead clear and engaging virtual sessions to help new clients confidently learn and use our platform. If you're great at explaining technology and enjoy guiding people through new systems, this role could be a great fit.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead multiple training sessions for each client using Zoom, including introductory walkthroughs, mobile app demonstrations, and detailed feature sessions.
  • Train administrators, HR staff, and scheduling coordinators on how to use the software in their daily work.
  • Walk clients through key tasks such as scheduling, employee management, and running reports.
  • Track how clients are using the software after training and follow up as needed to support full adoption.
  • Provide continued training and communication until the client is ready to transition to the support team.
  • Record training details and client progress in our internal system for team tracking.

Who You'll Work With:

You'll work closely with a supportive and collaborative team that helps onboard and assist new clients. On a daily basis, you'll interact with HR teams, administrators, and staffing coordinatorsplaying a key role in making sure they feel confident and ready to use the software.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Strong communicator: Clear, patient, and confident when explaining software on Zoom to users with different comfort levels.
  • Engaged and responsible: Stays focused during meetings, takes notes, asks questions, and shows strong work ethic and follow-through.
  • Training skills: Able to plan and run effective sessions, highlight key features, and answer questions in a simple, helpful way.
  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable navigating online tools and picking up new systems quickly.
  • Organized: Keeps track of each client's training timeline, follow-ups, and next steps without letting anything slip.
  • Team-oriented: Works smoothly with internal teams to make sure clients have a smooth, reliable experience.
  • Professional: Presents well on Zoom and maintains a steady, polished presence, including a clean and appropriate background.
  • Experience: Has prior work experience that shows strong communication skills and a sense of ownership.
