We at Coforge are hiring Onboarding Specialist with the following skillset:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Scheduling of Pre-Hire Orientation and New-Hire Orientation.
- Facilitates a seamless New-Hire Onboarding process for new hires.
- Generation of 201 files Fulfillment of NHO forms and other onboarding documents.
- Efficiently and effectively fill open positions. e) Maintain an updated roster of candidates information.
- Monitoring and tracking of pre-employment screening requirements.
- Act as a resource for new employee's general questions.
- Preparing onboarding kits (e.g. stationary, t-shirts and mugs).
- Fulfillment of all onboarding Compensation and Benefits requirements.
- Undertake further responsibilities that may evolve in the future.
- Facilitate Language Assessments.
- Endorsement and monitoring of Background Check Verification.
- Keep the documentation of the recruitment process up to date.
- Maintain and respond to candidates queries from online sources.
- Conceptualize employee branding, recruitment strategies (online and onsite).
- Train new Team Members (induction program).
- Undertake further responsibilities that may evolve in the future.
- Send daily, weekly, monthly report and hiring data.
- Assist in sourcing and hiring if needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and abilities:
- Overall 3-4 year work experience with at least 1-2 years in Onboarding and volume hiring function in a BPO setting.
- Exposure to background check verification process.
- Exposure to conducting and facilitating New Hire Orientation.
- Preferably graduate of Psychology or any HR related course.
- Excellent written and communication skills Exposed to conducting psychometric exams preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Exposure to sourcing and recruiting strategies/hiring support roles is an advantage.
