Job Description

Role: Onboarding Specialist

Experience: 1-2 years in BPO setting

Skills: Outstanding listening skills and the ability to process auditory information very quickly. Knowledge of products, quality, and performance metrics.

Location: Muntinlupa, Philippines

We at Coforge are hiring Onboarding Specialist with the following skillset:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling of Pre-Hire Orientation and New-Hire Orientation.
  • Facilitates a seamless New-Hire Onboarding process for new hires.
  • Generation of 201 files Fulfillment of NHO forms and other onboarding documents.
  • Efficiently and effectively fill open positions. e) Maintain an updated roster of candidates information.
  • Monitoring and tracking of pre-employment screening requirements.
  • Act as a resource for new employee's general questions.
  • Preparing onboarding kits (e.g. stationary, t-shirts and mugs).
  • Fulfillment of all onboarding Compensation and Benefits requirements.
  • Undertake further responsibilities that may evolve in the future.
  • Facilitate Language Assessments.
  • Endorsement and monitoring of Background Check Verification.
  • Keep the documentation of the recruitment process up to date.
  • Maintain and respond to candidates queries from online sources.
  • Conceptualize employee branding, recruitment strategies (online and onsite).
  • Train new Team Members (induction program).
  • Undertake further responsibilities that may evolve in the future.
  • Send daily, weekly, monthly report and hiring data.
  • Assist in sourcing and hiring if needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and abilities:

  • Overall 3-4 year work experience with at least 1-2 years in Onboarding and volume hiring function in a BPO setting.
  • Exposure to background check verification process.
  • Exposure to conducting and facilitating New Hire Orientation.
  • Preferably graduate of Psychology or any HR related course.
  • Excellent written and communication skills Exposed to conducting psychometric exams preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Exposure to sourcing and recruiting strategies/hiring support roles is an advantage.
