We're Hiring: Onboarding Listing Consultant (Listing Admin)
The Onboarding Listing Consultant (Listing Admin) is responsible for supporting the onboarding and maintenance of property listings on the platform. This role ensures listings are accurate, complete, and up to date, while coordinating closely with agents, property owners, developers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Seller Communication: Contact property owners via calls and messages to guide them through the listing process and ensure their property details are submitted accurately and on time.
Listing Updates & Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with sellers to confirm availability, pricing, and any required updates to keep listings current and reliable on the website.
Listing Management: Create, verify, and approve property listings, ensuring all content (details, photos, documents) meets quality and compliance standards.
Project Page & Price List Management: Build and maintain project pages, update unit availability and price lists, and ensure accurate information is displayed at all times.
Coordination & Support: Work closely with internal agents and external sellers/developers to request missing information, resolve discrepancies, and maintain high-quality data across all listings.
Contract & Document Handling: Manage agreements and supporting documents from sellers and developers to ensure proper compliance and mutual clarity on terms.
Customer Service: Provide professional and timely communication through calls, chats, and emails to create a positive onboarding experience and strengthen trust with property owners.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-sawy
Customer service mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and web-based platforms
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus
Previous experience in admin, coordination, or client support roles is preferredis position you will be responsible for providing insights to clients. To do so, you will first meet with our clients to uncover their business needs and challenges. Then, you will use your strong analytical skills to perform quantitative and observational data analyses. From these analyses, you will form and present your recommendations to our clients.
