Job Description

Role: Onboarding & Customer Support Assistant

Pay: PHP 34,000 per month

Hours: 6PM to 2AM Manila time

Tools: GoHighLevel, n8n, Retail platforms, ClickUp, Slack, Supabase

Abilities: FTP Connections, API set-ups, database configurations, SOP creation, customer on-boarding, project management

Responsibilities:

Oversee customer onboarding and respond to onboarding-related inquiries

Organize and manage ClickUp for clear project tracking and accountability

Support dev team with API setups, database configurations, and FTP connections

Systematize product setup processes and create SOPs for internal use

Ensure smooth communication across tools like Slack and project management platforms

Collaborate across departments to align onboarding with customer success goals

Required Experience:

Strong understanding of GoHighLevel, n8n, and ClickUp

Familiarity with database structure, FTP, and API integrations

Comfortable assisting with technical setups and configurations

Experience in customer support, onboarding, and project management

Skilled in building systems and creating SOPs for recurring tasks or services
