Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- SPE 13 years in Operations / Back-office support
- Shared Services / BPO / MSP / Service Delivery
- Customer Operations / Vendor Management / Compliance roles
- Stable tenure (avoid frequent <6-month stints)
- Basic system exposure (MS Office,Ticketing)
- Candidate is comfortable with shift / SLA expectations

- Multitasking: Capable of handling multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating CRM systems, ticketing tools, and chat platforms.

- C-SAT: Consistently achieved high CSAT through strong ownership and a customer-first approach.
